‘Desperate’ Kanye West dating Julia Fox to ‘get under Kim’s skin’

Sources say Kanye West is "obviously hurt" and that his romance with actress Julia Fox is "a ploy to get under Kim Kardashian's skin".

West's whirlwind relationship with New York's cool Girl Fox was triggered by Kardashian's relationship with "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson, sources claim exclusively to Page Six.

"It's a desperate knack for attention. There's no other explanation for when ... [Fox] chose to go public," said a source.

Another source insisted that West is in pain after Kardashian moved in with Davidson. The rapper has called out his ex for "running back," even though he still went out with a series of models.

“He fights for his family in public, and then he gets attached to all these different girls. It's so weird,” the source said.

West and "Uncut Gems" star Fox were first spotted by the rapper's own photographer in Miami and New York earlier this month.

Then, for the interview, in a steamy performing-arts photo shoot, Fox said they had an "instant connection" after meeting on New Year's Eve and got excited about West getting her clothes on for a night out. Surprise with full hotel suites.

"It was every girl's dream come true. It felt like a real Cinderella moment," Fox wrote. "I don't know how she did it, or how she got it all in time... like, a second date Who does stuff like this? Or any date! ,

Many insiders described it as a return to the beginnings of "Kymaye," when fashion insider West transformed — and often styled — the Kardashians.

Ironically, Fox describes herself as a "die-hard, OG fan" of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians".

17 episode of her "Forbidden Fruits" podcast, she said, "I wanted them to be my family... you feel like you know them."

Reps for West and Kardashian did not comment.

Fox hasn't responded to multiple requests for comment, but she told the interview: "I don't know where things are going, but if it's any indication of the future, I love the ride."
