ดีแทคประกาศจ่ายปันผลระหว่างกาล 0.52 บาทต่อหุ้น สำหรับไตรมาส 4/2558

3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559 – ดีแทครายงานผลการดำเนินงานสำหรับไตรมาส 4/2558 โดยรายได้รวมอยู่ที่ 23.2 พันล้านบาท และกำไรสุทธิที่ 998 ล้านบาท จากผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาส 4/2558 ดีแทคประกาศจ่ายปันผลระหว่างกาลในอัตรา 0.52บาทต่อหุ้น คิดเป็นอัตราการจ่ายเงินปันผลที่ 124% ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับการอนุมัติจากที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นสามัญประจำปี

สำหรับผลการดำเนินงานประจำปี 2558 ดีแทคมีรายได้รวมและกำไรสุทธิที่ 87.8 พันล้านบาท และ 5.9 พันล้านบาท ตามลำดับ รายได้จากการบริการข้อมูลสูงกว่ารายได้จากการให้บริการเสียงเป็นครั้งแรกในปี 2558 เหตุผลเนื่องมาจากพฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของผู้บริโภคที่เปลี่ยนไป แม้ว่าความต้องการบริการข้อมูลจะมีการเติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่ง แต่รายได้จากจุดนี้ได้ถูกหักล้างด้วยการลดลงของรายได้จากการให้บริการเสียง มีผลทำให้รายได้รวมจากการให้บริการไม่รวมค่าเชื่อมต่อโครงข่าย (IC) ลดลง 3.0% เทียบกับผลการดำเนินการปีที่ผ่านมา

ในการที่จะเป็นผู้นำในการให้บริการ 4G ดีแทคได้เพิ่มการลงทุนในโครงข่ายเป็นจำนวน 20.2พันล้านบาทในปี 2558 ซึ่งสามารถให้บริการ 4G บนโครงข่ายแบนด์วิธที่ 20MHz ซึ่งเป็นแบนด์วิธที่กว้างที่สุดในตลาดผู้ให้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ที่ให้บริการทั้งในกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑลและอีกกว่า 40 จังหวัดทั่วประเทศไทย นอกเหนือจากนี้ดีแทคยังได้วางแผนที่จะพัฒนาโครงข่ายในปี 2559 ด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุน (CAPEX) ที่ใกล้เคียงกับปีที่ผ่านมาเพื่อขยายพื้นที่การครอบคลุมสัญญาณ 4G ไปยังทุกจังหวัดในประเทศ และขยายการครอบคลุมสัญญาณ 3G ให้ได้ 95% ของจำนวนประชากร

 ในปี 2558 ดีแทคได้เพิ่มค่าใช้จ่ายด้านโครงข่ายรวมถึงการขยายโครงข่าย ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขายและการตลาด ค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหาร และค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการอุดหนุนราคาเครื่องโทรศัพท์เพื่อรองรับกับระดับการแข่งขันอันรุนแรง นอกเหนือจากนี้ค่าเสื่อมราคาและค่าตัดจำหน่ายของต้นทุนการให้บริการมีค่าสูงขึ้นเนื่องจากการลงทุนที่มากขึ้นในการพัฒนาโครงข่ายดังที่ได้กล่าวมาแล้วข้างต้น การเพิ่มขึ้นของค่าใช้จ่ายได้ถูกหักล้างบางส่วนจากการลดลงของต้นทุนจากส่วนแบ่งรายได้ (Regulatory cost) ผลที่ตามมาคือกำไรสุทธิที่ลดลง 45% เทียบกับปีที่ผ่านมา

ดีแทคมุ่งมั่นอย่างเต็มที่ในการเป็นผู้นำในการให้บริการด้านดิจิทัล และยังคงพัฒนาและขยายโครงข่ายอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยปัจจุบันมีการครอบคลุมเป็นสถิติสูงสุดที่ 94% ของจำนวนประชากร นอกจากนี้ ดีแทคยังคงแคมเปญโครงข่ายทั่วประเทศซึ่งประกาศตัวครั้งแรกในไตรมาส 3/2558 เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์จากโครงข่ายที่ดีขึ้นและออกโปรโมชั่นรวมถึงแพ็กเกจสำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือที่ดึงดูดสำหรับลูกค้า

ดีแทคคาดการณ์แนวโน้มผลการดำเนินงานของปี 2559 โดยพิจารณาจากความไม่แน่นอนของการแข่งขันในตลาดและการรอการเข้ามาของผู้ประกอบการรายใหม่อันเป็นผลมาจากการประมูลคลื่นความถี่ในเดือนธันวาคม ปี 2558 รวมถึงสภาวะเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมที่ยังไม่ฟื้นตัว การคาดการณ์ประกอบด้วย (1) การเพิ่มขึ้นเล็กน้อยหรือคงที่ของรายได้จากการให้บริการไม่รวมค่าเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายเมื่อเทียบกับปีที่ผ่านมา (2) อัตรากำไรก่อนหักดอกเบี้ยจ่าย ภาษีนิติบุคคล ค่าเสื่อม และค่าตัดจำหน่าย (EBITDAmargin) อยู่ในช่วง 27% - 31% และ (3) CAPEX ที่ระดับใกล้เคียงกับปีทีผ่านมา

นายลาร์ส  นอร์ลิ่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารบริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ดีแทค กล่าวว่า “ในขณะนี้บริษัทมุ่งไปที่การกลับมาเติบโตของรายได้ และการรักษาส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาด เราวางแผนที่จะเพิ่มการลงทุนในโครงข่าย 4G ทั้งบนคลื่นความถี่ 1,800 MHz และ 2,100 MHz เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าทางด้านการใช้บริการข้อมูลบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ที่สูงมาก และลงทุนในโครงข่าย 3G ให้ครอบคลุม 95% ของจำนวนประชากร พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอโปรโมชั่นและราคาโทรศัพท์มือถือที่คุ้มค่าด้วย นอกเหนือจากนี้ เรายังวางแผนที่จะเปิดตัวแบรนด์แพลทฟอร์มเพื่อที่จะฟื้นฟูภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ และปรับปรุงตำแหน่งทางการตลาด โดยแบรนด์แพลทฟอร์มใหม่นี้จะเป็นรากฐานที่มั่นคงสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ และการเข้าถึงตลาดก่อนในการเตรียมการรับมือกับผู้เล่นรายใหม่ในตลาด”
